About EDAERO Academy
Part of the EDAERO
ecosystem. Focused on
operations and people.
EDAERO Academy is the education, operator-solutions and audit arm associated with the EDAERO ecosystem — built and led with direct private aviation operational experience.
EDAERO Academy
Education, audits and
operational excellence
EDAERO Academy focuses on education, training, professional development, audits and operator performance — helping private aviation operators standardize cabin operations, and helping individual professionals build practical operational capability.
Core EDAERO
A related but
distinct platform
Core EDAERO focuses on aviation workforce infrastructure — professional sourcing, verification and mission orchestration for the private aviation professional and operator marketplace. EDAERO Academy is a distinct arm within the same ecosystem, focused on education and operational excellence rather than workforce marketplace functionality.
Founder Experience
15+ years
inside private
aviation cabins
EDAERO Academy is built on 15+ years of international aviation experience spanning commercial and private aviation — including Senior Cabin Crew and Purser roles, and a private aviation Cabin Crew Manager position covering cabin operations, catering, crew management and mission preparation for VIP and UHNW passengers.
15+
Years across commercial and private/VIP aviation
16
Operational areas assessed in every Cabin Operations Audit
3
Regulatory operating environments — FAA, EASA and GCAA
That experience also includes cabin crew recruitment and training, international mission organization, and operating across FAA, EASA and GCAA regulatory environments — the practical, cross-border reality of private aviation, not a theoretical one.
How We Work
Practical over
academic
-
Operationally Grounded
Every deliverable is built from real operational experience, not theory added to look comprehensive.
-
Direct Operational Insight
Founder-led work draws on lived cabin operations, catering, crew management and mission preparation — not secondhand research.
-
Distinct Products, Clear Commercial Purpose
Audit, training, performance programs and consulting stay separate so you always know what you're engaging EDAERO for.
-
Discreet by Nature
Private aviation demands confidentiality and discretion — a standard we apply to how we work with every operator and professional.
