How EDAERO verifies reviews.

Who can submit a review

Only people and companies who have actually worked through EDAERO:

• Operators and aviation companies after a completed mission.
• Pilots, cabin crew and aircraft engineers after a completed mission.
• Partners and service providers with an active working relationship with EDAERO.

EDAERO employees and their families cannot submit reviews.

How we verify

Reviews are requested by invitation after a completed mission. Before anything is published, we check every submission against our own mission records and contact details.

• Verified mission: the review is linked to a specific mission completed through EDAERO.
• Verified client: we confirmed who the reviewer is and their working relationship with EDAERO, without linking the review to one mission (for example a partner).
• Submissions we cannot verify are not published. We keep them as private feedback only.

How reviews are moderated

Reviews are published in the reviewer’s own words. We do not rewrite, shorten or correct them, and AI is never used to write or change a review.

We decline a review only if it:

• contains abusive, discriminatory or threatening language;
• reveals confidential information: aircraft registrations, passenger identities, routes, schedules or commercial terms;
• includes another person’s personal data;
• is unrelated to work carried out through EDAERO, or cannot be verified.

If a review includes confidential details, we ask the reviewer to remove them. We do not edit the review ourselves. Every moderation decision is logged with its reason.

Negative reviews

Critical reviews are published under exactly the same rules as positive ones. We do not hide, delay or bury them. EDAERO may add a public response below a review; the response is always labelled and never replaces the reviewer’s text.

Incentives and conflicts of interest

• EDAERO does not pay for reviews and never offers anything in return for a positive rating.
• Partners with a commercial relationship with EDAERO are labelled as partners.
• We do not publish reviews written by EDAERO, its employees or anyone on their behalf.

Your data

We use the details you submit only to verify and publish your review. Your email address and mission reference are never published. You choose how your name appears, and your company name is shown only with your permission.

You can ask us to withdraw your review at any time by emailing contact@eadaero.com.

Report a review or request a correction

If you believe a review is inaccurate, contains confidential information or breaks these rules, email contact@eadaero.com with the subject “Review report”. We review every report, tell the reviewer, and record the outcome. A review may be corrected only by its author.
